1. Acceptance of Terms

aecph reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, payment methods, and source of funds at any time. 5.3 Betting Limits

In no event shall aecph's total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the total amount of money deposited by you into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

aecph is not responsible for failures or malfunctions of internet connectivity, telecommunications systems, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware, or software. aecph reserves the right to void bets and refuse payouts in cases of technical malfunction, operator error, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be settled through good faith negotiation between the parties. 11. Account Closure and Suspension

aecph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account closure include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, abusive behavior, failure to complete verification procedures, or at aecph's sole discretion for any reason. Upon account closure, aecph will process any remaining account balance in accordance with these Terms, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to aecph and compliance with verification procedures. aecph is not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or closure.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is subject to aecph's Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. aecph complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
